Dear Guests,

To ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay, we kindly request that you comply with the rules and conditions for “Luxury Seaside Apartment” – Varna as follows:

ACCOMMODATION:

Check-in time is after 15:00.
Early check-in is only possible with prior request and subject to availability.
Each guest must register and present a valid ID upon check-in.

DEPARTURE:

Apartments must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Late check-out after 12:00 is possible only with prior request and for an additional fee.
When leaving, please ensure the apartment is left clean and tidy with turned off electrical appliances, water taps, closed windows, terrace and locked frontdoor.

RESERVATIONS AND PREPAYMENT:

To confirm your reservation, a prepayment of the total amount for your stay is required. The prepayment must be made instanly by card payment or by bank transfer within 3 working days after the reservation is made. The full amount for the stay is payable at check-in at the latest.
The prepayment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or a change in the reservation dates if requested in less than 14 days before the arrival. The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 14 days of arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up, they’ll be charged the total price of the reservation.
The amount paid for the rent of the apartment is non-refundable in the event of an early departure.
A cleaning fee of EUR 40 is payable in case you want additional cleaning.
All children up to the age of 12 sleep for free when using existing beds/sofa beds.
The minimum stay during the New Year holidays is 4 nights.

EQUIPMENT IN THE APARTMENTS:

Our apartments are equipped with standard amenities to ensure your comfortable stay. For any additional equipment requirements, we are happy to provide advice on where to purchase them at your expense.

RULES OF INTERNAL ORDER:

Please dispose of waste in designated containers outside the building. Do not dispose of waste or food in sinks or toilet bowls.
Please turn off air conditioners when windows are open or when you are not in the apartment.
Please do not move furniture or other belongings within the property.
Walking with shoes or slippers with hard soles is not allowed.
Frying fish and fish products is not permitted.
Third-party stays are only allowed with the HOST’s consent.
Property must not be taken out of the apartment.
When cooking, please ventilate the premises and clean electrical appliances as you would do if it was your own home.
Bulky items and items with a strong odor are not allowed.
In case of an emergency, please contact immediately the host.

DAMAGES:

Luxury Seaside Apartment will cover the cost of repairing any damage resulting from normal use of the apartment within 24 hours. Any damages caused by the tenant’s fault are the responsibility of the tenant and must be repaired or paid for before departure.

NOISE AND GATHERINGS:

Any loud gatherings, loud birthdays and loud parties are absolutely prohibited in our apartments.
Please respect the quiet hours between 14:00-16:00 and from 22:00-8:00.
SMOKING is absolutely prohibited in all our apartments. Use the terrace for this purpose! A 100€ fine applies in case of violation.

PETS:

We love pets, but unfortunately, they are not allowed in our apartments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

VIOLATION OF THE RULES:

In case of violation of the internal rules, you will be asked to leave the apartment and/or pay for the damages caused.
